Hi! My name is Eir. I'm currently taking commissions for Figura avatars.

Figura is a mod for Minecraft (1.18.2-1.20.1) that allows for full customization of the player model. Any 3d model made using Blockbench can be adapted into a player model, and Lua can be used to add custom scripted behaviors and effects.

I offer, as a service, the creation of such a 3d model for new and interesting characters in the Minecraft style, to be used with the Figura mod. You'll be able to keep your new appearance in Minecraft, and other players see you as your new avatar as well!

I will also add extra features to your avatar usable in-game. These are optional, and will cost extra, but here's a few examples of them!

Emotes

Emotes are a fun way to express yourself around other players! Simply press a button, or use Figura's action wheel (you may pick which) to change your avatar's face, perhaps play a sound, and even play an animation (though animations count as extra features!)

I'm also more than willing to add situational emotes. For example, a "hurt" expression that appears when you take damage, or a "scared" expression that appears at low health.

Animated eyes

I can give your avatar detailed eyes that track where you're looking using your camera rotation and even blink!

Physics

I can add an amount of physics to parts of your model. For instance, make dangling jacket straps, waving hair, floppy ears, or a big, swooshing tail.

Do note there is a limit to what physics I can apply to your model. I don't guarantee all physics requests can be fulfilled, but I will personally fine-tune as much of it as I can with you until you're satisfied.

Extra features

I will charge additional for extra features on your avatar. Generally, this refers to extra functionality, behaviors, and animations. It should be pretty intuitive what counts as a feature, but I'm open to discussing what feels fair. Be respectful, and I will be too.

Armor support

Technically, in order to make your custom model appear, I need to disable the "vanilla" Minecraft player model. This includes hiding armor that would normally display on your character. Thus, I need to add back armor support manually.

I include this service for free. However, I will charge extra per additional piece of armor beyond the regular minecraft ones (helmet, chestplate, shoulder pads, leggings, leggings top, and boots).

NSFW

I am willing to include explicit features in your avatar, for an additional fee. Note that I will make said features hidden by default until a toggle is used with Figura's action wheel. I will only provide this for adults, not minors. This is non-negotiable.

Not everyone will be able to see your avatar. I can't do anything about this. Figura avatars are only visible to other players using the Figura mod, everyone else will see you with the default Minecraft player model. Additionally, players using Figura will have to enable your avatar using Figura's trust settings feature, and any Figura user may opt not to see your custom avatar at all.

I also do not claim compatibility with all mods or Minecraft versions. Figura is only usable on certain Minecraft versions. As it is a mod, it is likely to be used alongside other mods, some of which may break compatibility with my avatars (for example, mods with custom 3d-modeled armor sets). I do not promise that I can fix these incompatibilities.

Also, a minor note: Minecraft's default "sneak"/"crouch" animation pushes the player into the ground a bit. If your avatar has detailed feet, this might mean they get hidden when you sneak. In order to counteract this, I would have to implement a custom crouch animation, which would in turn count as a feature. It is by no means necessary, though.

Finally, there are some assets (a few scripts) I use that do not belong to me. A credits file will be included with your avatar.

Extra armor pieces	$4 per piece	For example, wing and tail armor, or armor on extra limbs.
Animated eyes	$6	Animated eyes that move based on your camera rotation and optionally blink. Anything more complex counts as an extra feature.
Additional features	$4-$9, to be discussed with client	Depends on the complexity and type of extra feature. Includes things like animations, specialized behaviors and scripts.

Corrections and bug fixes

All corrections and bug fixes after you receive your avatar are free.

"Corrections" refers to me not being able to meet your initial request, ie. I misunderstood. It does not refer to changes you've decided on after the avatar was finished.

Post-finalization changes

After final payment goes through, asking me to modify your avatar further incurs a $5 fee once (not once per new feature, unless you ask again after the new final payment goes through).

These requests will be treated the same as "additional features" (see above).

Payment

Either half or all of the initial estimated price is due upfront. When the avatar is finished, you will pay the remaining amount, and I will send you the avatar files.

I highly recommend paying half up front. That way, if you decide you want or don't want certain features as we work together, you can change your mind freely before I finish.

I accept payments through PayPal.

Refunds

If I lack the skill to meet your demands, I will give you a complete refund. Additionally, I will issue a full refund if I cannot finish for reasons outside my control, or you do not think you can pay the final price. If you wish to cancel when I've made significant progress working on your model, I will issue a partial refund for half the expected full price (if you paid half upfront, there will be no net change).

There are no refunds once payment is finalized and I hand you the final avatar. Any further changes past that point will incur a post-finalization change fee (see above), but I'll be happy to keep getting it exactly how you like.

1. Do not claim authorship of the avatar I send you. I also will not claim ownership over any intellectual property (yours or someone else's) depicted in the avatar.
2. The avatar is delivered exclusively for you. You may modify the avatar for individual use, but you may not redistribute the model file, texture files, or any scripts made by me, or use them to make other avatars beyond your personal use. Libraries created by other Figura creators may be present, and they may define their own usage policies.
3. Resale of the completed avatar or parts of it, as modified or "reskinned" avatars, is strictly forbidden.
4. You may either pay half or all of the predicted price up front. Beyond that, payment will not be made until the avatar is done. I will send you the avatar files after the final payment is made.
5. Refunds may be requested before the final payment. I will issue a partial refund if the avatar already had significant work put into it, or a full refund otherwise, typically if we're still near the start of the process. I will also issue a full refund if I cannot finish for reasons outside my control, or you will not be able to pay the final price.
6. You may ask for updates at any time. Updates will be provided via screenshots or short video recordings online (typically by Discord). I may also send you them unprompted as I work.
7. You may request revisions for free at any time before the final payment is made. Please avoid requesting major changes after I've already gone through one way.
8. Before sending the final invoice, I will show you your avatar in full and ask if you would like any more changes. Once the payment goes through, the avatar is considered finished, and any further revisions will incur an additional fee.
9. Be polite and patient with me, and answer my questions. I need to know how best to make your avatar. This process requires time, effort, and care, so be gentle.
10. As a show of trust, I will not pry into any names or addresses listed on any payment services (such as PayPal) when you pay me. I expect you to do the same.
11. I have the right to deny service and reject payment if your request promotes misinformation, violence, hate crimes or speech, sexual harassment, pedophilia, fascism, NFTs, oppression of human rights, or any organization or person that supports or practices these things.
