- Do not claim authorship of the avatar I send you. I also will not claim ownership over any intellectual property (yours or someone else's) depicted in the avatar.
The avatar is delivered exclusively for you. You may modify the avatar for individual use, but you may not redistribute the model file, texture files, or any scripts made by me, or use them to make other avatars beyond your personal use.
Libraries created by other Figura creators may be present, and they may define their own usage policies.
- Resale of the completed avatar or parts of it, as modified or "reskinned" avatars, is strictly forbidden.
- You may either pay half or all of the predicted price up front. Beyond that, payment will not be made until the avatar is done. I will send you the avatar files after the final payment is made.
Refunds may be requested before the final payment. I will issue a partial refund if the avatar already had significant work put into it, or a full refund otherwise, typically if we're still near the start of the process.
I will also issue a full refund if I cannot finish for reasons outside my control, or you will not be able to pay the final price.
- You may ask for updates at any time. Updates will be provided via screenshots or short video recordings online (typically by Discord). I may also send you them unprompted as I work.
- You may request revisions for free at any time before the final payment is made. Please avoid requesting major changes after I've already gone through one way.
Before finalizing payment, I will show you your avatar in full and ask if you would like any more changes.
Once the payment goes through, the avatar is considered finished, and any further revisions will incur an additional fee.
- Be polite and patient with me, and answer my questions. I need to know how best to make your avatar. This process requires time, effort, and care, so be gentle.
- As a show of trust, I will not pry into any names or addresses listed on any payment services (such as PayPal) when you pay me. I expect you to do the same.
I have the right to deny service and reject payment if your request promotes
- misinformation,
- violence,
- hate crimes or speech,
- sexual harassment,
- pedophilia,
- fascism,
- NFTs and "AI art",
- oppression of human rights,
- or any organization or person that supports or practices these things.
